My DS1 is only going to be about 14-15 months old when DS2 is due - I have the option for an elective C as I am measuring big but I am terrified whether I can cope with DS1 after about 4 weeks (he is the size of a 2 year old) as our nanny has decided to serve notice and quit end of nov after a year with us leaving the country and my husband has just started a new job and can't take much time off...
I really don't know what to expect as the first birth was natural and my son is so large and young that he really won't understand!
