Night dresses for BF and post C Section

3rd baby but 1st CSection.....Could I get away with loose pyjamas? Or is that a ridiculous suggestion considering I will have had major abdo surgery?

I hate night dresses and will only use them if I have to. I'd much rather sleep /lie awake all night with a newborn naked but I'm sure the other patients recovering around me would rather not be subjected to that!!

I can only find light coloured night dresses online for around £15 each. Ideally wanted something dark in colour.

Any suggestions?
Thankyou

My bumps took a while to go down after csections, so assume you’ll still be pregnancy-sized for a short while too. That was a bit of a shock for me first time round!

Pyjamas post birth are a nightmare, wore them with our 1st and went through so many pairs with leakage. Once bleeding stops they're fine though.
Gone nighties with other 4 and for current. I got happy mama ones from Amazon, lots of darker coloured ones and pretty comfy. I have 1 with popper front, the other button front for easy skin to skin and breastfeeding.
