Rectocele prolapse

Hey mamas!
If you had a rectocele prolapse after your first baby, did it get worse after your second birth?

I have low grade rectocele after my DD who is now 16 months. I am currently 30 weeks pregnant with no.2. Hoping to try for a homebirth this time but I'm petrified that my prolapse may get worse...
My first labour was 4.5 hours, so admittedly quite anxious about how quick or not so quick this labour might be!

@MyGrassIsBrowner just wanted to ask how everything went in the end? And how are you feeling now? I have a rectocele and I am terrified of my second pregnancy and delivery. Hugs!
