I'm getting pretty strong back ache atm, do you think it could mean anything or is it purely just pregnancy and general aches/pains?

Did anyone else have this?

You may prove me wrong if you've now gone and had the baby! But I had the same around 37 weeks (baby born last year), think it was the pressure of babies head on a nerve (so may well mean they're engaged). This carried on for a couple of weeks. The last week before I went into labour (2days before due date), I just had the feeling that I had a pineapple shoved in my pelvis, so a sharp spiky sensation if I exerted too much. And catching my breath a lot with (painless) stomach tightening.
