I bought the Babycare Elle Tens from Boots. My neighbour borrowed it too and we both found it really good.

It has a belt clip (handy for early stages if you go for a walk like I did) and a hanging loop so you can hang it round your neck (which I used later on when I ditched my clothes . This one also has two settings and various levels on each one (I don't think they all do), so that you can build up as the intensity of the contractions builds. If you do go for this, tell your birth partner about the settings/levels, so they can remind you later on as I forgot about the second setting. But I did manage to get to 7cm with just this before the mw arrived for my homebirth.

Good luck.
