Is my c-section looking normal?

13 days post section and this is what it looks like
It's my second section and the raised parts appear to be the skin in between both scars?
It doesn't look right and weeps slightly.

Mine did that after a few weeks - I got an out of hours appt and they gave me some antibiotic cream and gauze patches which helped it to dry and heal. Looks like it might be a mild infection starting so worth getting the Dr's opinion, if nothing else to give you peace of mind.
