Arnica and C section

I'm due to have a C section in three weeks and have managed to find some Arnica 200 on the web. Just wondered if anyone knows when is the best time to start taking it ...a week, a few days or a day before the op. Any advice welcome.

got some yesterday from the homeopath near me and you are take it from delivery but not before as it can interfere with the anaesthetic. hope that helps and good luck.

start popping as soon as you can post delivery - DH had mine his main job was to make sure I took it. Think (if i remember right) - take first 6 doses every 2 hours then one every 4 hours for the next 2 days.

give ainsworth a ring and they will confirm over the phone. defo not pre op though.

Thanks, for that both, really helpful.

I bought some and never used it - never felt the need - the pain was unpleasant for a few days immediately after but by no means intolerable. Good luck!
