Pain on one side and swelling post c section

I’m two weeks post third c section and I’m still in intense pain. There seems to be a big swelling above the scar on the left side. It hurts if I walk or move and gives me a feeling like I have a stitch and stabbing pains.
I’ve been checked out last week but the swelling seems worse. Scar is fully healed and looks good, no symptoms of infection, just this pain. Has anyone had a similar experience? Feeling really down as at this point with other sections I was fine. It’s impacting my ability to look after my other children.

I had a hernia from my second c section. Not painful but presents as a swelling on one side of my abdomen. I noticed it the first time I got myself dressed after the op but was told it was diasatis rectii that would resolve itself or at worst need physio. I didn't quite believe that and saw my GP a few weeks in later who referred me and was seen shortly after by a consultant (luckily have private healthcare) who confirmed a hernia. Apparently it's more common where women have had multiple sections due to scarring.
