Hi, had a category 3 EMCS on the 26th after disocvering thar baby turned breech at my 40 week growth scan.
I've really been trying to get the balance right between keeping myself rested but mobile and have read many threads on MN with all the recovery tips and advice.
My dreasing was removed yesterday and since then I've put a sanitary pad against the wound as it helps me to feel more secure and comfortable. However in the morning today when I was changing the pad there was a little line of blood on the pad. Got DH to check the wound and far as he could see there was no whole or tear or any more bleeding. Since that time the pads against the wound have been clear but I just want to know if its normal to get a bit of blood 3 days post op or if its not? I have one of the community midwives coming to see me on Wednesday but looking to MN for some advice in the mean time.
