Anyone else get ovulation and AF nausea?

I’ve noticed since having my daughter and even more so since having a miscarriage a few months ago I feel so sensitive to any hormone change like around ovulation and AF. I get really bad nausea, as bad as morning sickness, bad headaches, fatigue and generally feel really ill like I’m coming down with something. I thought it was illness but I’ve tracked symptoms etc on the Flo app and it appears like clockwork. Is it a sign there’s an imbalance or just changes after having a child?

I’ve noticed nausea and headaches the last 2 cycles, happens the day before I get a flashy smiley on the clear blue ovulation tests - never happened before I had my baby. I’ve been off the pill since Dec ttc2 but just the last 2 cycles it’s happened. Sorry to hear about your loss

I haven't technically had a period since the one before I conceived DD. However, I had my implant taken out about 6 weeks ago to start TTC no. 2, and had some serious nausea about 2 weeks afterwards. I've also had a fair few headaches recently, which is unusual for me. Never had this before I had a child either. Won't deny, I'm not exactly thrilled at the thought that this could be a regular thing while TTC.
