Hi, i just wanted to check for more recent advices whether i should opt for Lister or New QEII Maternity Unit? i live in Hertford and QEII is much closer but reading the older comments, seems like everyone is recommending Lister. I'm not sure what is the best choice at the moment! QEII that is closer to get to (12 mins) or the more recommended Lister (26 mins)?

You can't have your baby at the QE2 but you can have your scans and appointments there.
I've opted to have scans etc at the QE2 for convenience (it's closer to my mum for childcare) and will be giving birth at the Lister. I had first baby at the lister in Dec 2019. Care there was brilliant. Maternity triage was brilliant. You'll be in safe hands

Car parking is great at the New QE2, so I would opt for anti natal care for that fact alone. Parking at the Lister is stressful.
