Has anyone had one?

Is that what you are planning on book? What kind of support have you got in place?

@BunnyRuddington well I'm not actually pregnant! But have had 2 sections and worried about having a third if we did go for a third child. I was meant to have a vbac with dc2 but it didn't work out sadly.

If that's the case, it might be worth having a look at your maternity notes from last time.

My DF went for VBAC on her second but it didn't work. When they reviewed her notes she had so much scarring from the first delivery that she was told VBAC would never have worked.

You could be very different but it might be best to find out Smile

Thanks @BunnyRuddington that's helpful. Not sure I can phase another section recovery with 2 little ones but we'll see!

The only plus point would be that there's nowhere to drive to anyway! Grin

How old are the other two? Would they be in Preschool or School by the time the third turned up?

Would you be able to do things like get a milkman, shopping delivery and a cleaner?

Have you got anyone who could help out? My DM is pretty useless and my DMIL's idea of helping was holding the baby while I did everything else, including waiting on her, but yours might be better? Grin

After having a section after vb there is no way I’d have a vbac, why would I? Recovery from my crash section was much easier than the vb so a planned section should be a breeze.

I had a VBAC after 1emcs. I didn’t plan to have an elcs but dd arrived early and I went into labour. It felt very different from my first labour. I found the VBAC recovery very easy.

Why did you have c sections?

I have had 2,I tried for a Vbac but with both my labours I just didn’t dilate, even after the drip and 2 days of contractions. So for me I don’t think I’d be a good candidate!
