Current Rules - advice,bag, etc

Preparing for my third c section and current rules are that partner can only be there for visiting hours (11-5) - this is all fine, I have no problems with this.

I was just wondering if anyone who has had a ELCS with these rules has any advice or tips on what to take/how to manage/etc.

I know lots of women have been through this, and not just during Covid, but my partner was very hands on during the last two births (was allowed to stay on ward overnight) and I probably underestimated how much help he gave me (changing my pads, getting me everything, changing babies nappy).

I just worry about bothering the midwives and HCA too much because I can't bend/lift.

Any experience/help is greatly appreciated!

My hospital adviced that dads go home ( this was pre covid) so I was on my after an emergency csection. The midwives were really helpfull ( passed me the baby and changed his nappy when I couldnt) so please dont feel bad about asking for help if you need it.
