C SECTION AFTER OVARIAN CYSTECTOMY?

Hello ladies,
Hope the new year is treating you all well :)
I recently found out I'm pregnant. I'm about 5 weeks and it was not planned but I am very happy :) I was on the pill but I had to take 2 courses of antibiotics as I had a wound infection and cellulitis following a large ovarian cyst removal (laprascopically) a few weeks before I conceived . I didn't skip any days of the pill and took them at the same timings so the only thing I can think is that the birth control may have reacted with the antibiotics?

Anyways my biggest concern is if I will need a c section or not? I'm 23 and have already had two operations to remove large dermoid cysts (the first time they removed part of the ovary as it was 13cm and I had a c section open surgery. The second was a few weeks before getting pregnant but was a laprascopic surgery as it wasn't as big.

I know I shouldn't be thinking of this already but I live in Dubai and need to try and find a package or insurance as I will be terminated from work once they find out I'm pregnant (charming). C sections are very expensive here so I'm debating whether we should move back to the uk for the birth.
Any help would be most appreciated :)
