Private midwife - PAYG rather than a package

Hello,
I would like to use the services of a private midwife in London, mainly in the month before birth and provide additional support with breastfeeding etc. I'd like to supplement the NHS care, not fully replace it.
However, the midwives i spoke to so far all provide this as a part of a package costing 5000 GBP which replaces the work done by the NHS midwives.
I'm happy with the quality of the NHS care, just not with the frequency, there seem to be too few appointments and it is quite hard to get hold of them in case of issues.

Do you happen to have a recommendation for a midwife in London who would be happy to provide additional care on top of the NHS services, rather than a full replacement?

This is a service that I and several of my private midwife colleagues offer. Depending which part of London you are in, I expect I can link you with someone.
