Hello, my husbands family have large heads. My first baby was born via section due to transverse lie and not wanting to be turned. Came out with a above percentile (100%+) head. At first I was worried but we then noticed that my husband and his family have large heads and he is perfectly fine, just got daddy's head, it was all good.

Anyway, long story short, shitting the natural birth a bit due to the family's head size. I'm 5ft3 and tiny, I'm even monitored due to low BMI before pregnancy (I do eat a lot, it's just my family's curse, we're all quite skinny but we eat - I love food). Even the midwife said at my 16 week appointment what a tiny weeny hip I had (I didn't appreciate that but I suppose she wanted to be nice) but it added to my worries.

Long story short: any experiences in using those appliances and has any successfully stretched their birth canal pre birth?
