I would say that's a good sign. Anterior too, that's good!
I was still posterior whilst in full blown labour and dd was born 20 mins after my 'posterior' check

yes, very positive ! and anterior and starting to dilate, all excellent..

I had a show like you describe at about 7pm with my second - baby was born at 6.30am so hopefully you're at hospital now
