Membrane sweep

Hello!
I’m 39weeks 6days pregnant, I had a membrane sweep yesterday morning, had diarrhea all day then lost my mucus plug last night.
Could this mean labor is soon? I’m trying for a VBAC birth and really want this to happen on its own.
Thank you 😊

Definitely sounds promising. Get the oxytocin pumping! Favourite comedy, walk in nature, nipple stimulation etc 😁😁

All the best!

I had a sweep on Friday and lost mucus plug yesterday. Absolutely no other signs of labour though :/ been walking, bouncing and had sex. Watched nice films. I’m even sniffing clary sage oil.

I had a sweep at 39+6 and lost my mucus plug, cramps, diarrhea, etc. Nothing happened though, had another sweep at 40+5 and lost even more mucus plug and went into labour that night and gave birth at 40+7. Things are defo moving for you!!
