I had my baby boy by emergency c section 7 weeks ago I bleed after birth for 4 weeks then had a week of no bleeding
9days ago I started what midwife and doctor said is my period its was so heavy doctor told me to go to a&e
They felt my stomach checked my urine said it is a really bad first period
Give me tranexamic and mefenamic acid
I took them for 2 days and it had practically stopped I ran out last night and today the bleeding is back bright red in the toilet and on paper sorry tmi
But not much coming on to my pad theres tiny bits of clots in it
Whys this happening and is it normal for that to happen with the tablets I'm going back to a&e tomorrow scared I'm wasting there time but I need this to stop I'm so down and drained after horrible c section recovery now this
How long should first period be and can u bleed for a day or 2 after tranexamic acid
