Help please waiting in a&e

I'm nearly 7 weeks after having my baby boy
My lochia stopped around week 3 and then 7days ago I started bleed really heavy red blood with clots which hasnt got any lighter
There where few times last night it went really light like was going stop then had big gush blood
I was up ever 2 hours as could feel blood coming out alot
The doctor has sent me to a&e currently waiting to be seen

Anyone had this what did end it being getting scared its retainined placenta or infection

What treatments did u get

Lily, sorry you e not had many responses I think this is quite a quiet board. I’ve not had a similar experience but hopefully this post will bump your thread up on the active board and some one else might come along with some words of wisdom.
