Westminster Suite St Thomas's

Hi,

I wanted to ask if anyone has had very recent experience of delivering privately on the Westminster Suite at St Thomas's.

What was your experience like? And would you recommend a private birth at St Thomas's?

If you delivered during the pandemic:
How was delivery during the coronavirus pandemic? Were there many changes to the care you received?

But overall the reviews are positive. Would love to hear other mum's experiences here.

Haven't used it but it's on my list. I have heard excellent things about Con Kheller.

I’m booked in for a c section next week. I’m seeing Con Keheller and I could not imagine a better consultant, couldn’t recommend him more.

I can’t yet comment on the hospital as I’ve only been in a few times. Honestly I think the key consideration is the consultant because they’re the person you see, and as you see them in their private consulting rooms, you could literally only go into hospital for the birth if that’s what you wanted.

The hospital’s visiting policy is stricter than others but I’ve heard there is some flexibility for private patients. I’m also interested to hear recent experiences!

I gave birth recently at London's Wing. I thing they're pretty similar. If no one answers, I can give you my experience.
