Stabbing pains 2.5y after cooks balloon induction!

Not sure where’s best to post as it’s birth related but from 2018!
I was pushed into having an induction on account of my totally irrelevant disability, awful mistake. Because my previous c section was 10 years prior, a hormone induction wasn’t possible and I had to have a Cook’s Balloon Induction. TRIGGER WARNING FOR TRAUMA this probably doesn’t happen normally!
It was one of the most horrific and painful experiences of my life physically and emotionally. I was SO not ready for birth, cervix was so high up the dog couldn’t reach, next one tried, and the next. Nobody warned me there would be 8+ people trying (one in the wrong hole despite my screaming) until one eventually rammed hard enough to reach my cervix. They wouldn’t stop, I didn’t want it and I didn’t need it. Immediately i started losing blood and they left. 25 hours I was in agony contracting for a baby that was nowhere near ready to actually come out. I had gas and air but was delirious in pain. Eventually (of course!) they came and said it was unsuccessful and I needed a caesarean. Baby was still so high up and not ready that the surgeons were having to push down hard on my bump so that the other could actually reach him.
From as soon as I had the cooks (or as soon as it was out, I don’t know because the cooks was agony the whole time it was in) I’ve had these really sharp pains, in the same spot to one side of my vagina/vulva/perennium area (sorry if misspelt) and it floors me. I rushed back to hospital convinced they’d left something in because it feels like razor blades. I’ve had a pelvic ultrasound which showed nothing abnormal (but didn’t look far down enough) and a couple of times I’ve actually passed “dissolvable” stitches - until his second birthday!
I’ve seen doctors, I’ve researched everywhere, I’m desperate I cannot cope anymore nothing helps. Is there ANYTHING anyone thinks it could be? Thank you and sorry for the long, in depth post.

Good lord thats meant to say the DOCTOR couldn’t reach. No dogs in the hospital, not that I think it would have been much worse
