how do i use my birth ball and what does it do? can it bring on labour?

well, you can sit on it and be comfy, you can lie on it to relieve labour pains, or you can do like dp did and pretend it's a giant football and the door to the loo is the goal, then you can run around the labour suite shouting "goooooaaaaaal" while your poor missus is in the throes of another labour pain.

it cannot bring on labour, but sitting on it can be more comfortable than a regular chair, and encourages the pelvis to open.. before and during labour
