Sore after sex

I had an emergency c section a month ago and I had sex for the first time last night
It wasnt painfull and felt like before
But this morning I'm sore inside my stomach sort of feels like when you've done sit ups
Has anyone else experienced this and how long will it happen

Didn’t want to read and run. I had a vaginal birth but got a lot of tummy cramps/pain the first time I orgasmed afterwards. It was all very gentle and tentative but the contractions inside still hurt. I can only imagine this would be worse with CS.

It might not be the sex so much as your uterus contracting from orgasm. Why not ask your HV. X

I had a section just under 6 weeks ago and DTD yesterday and it felt fine and I feel fine today. No pain or aching.
You may have tried too soon, as i hoovered at 4 weeks and my stomach muscles ached for a few days afterwards.
Perhaps try again in a couple of weeks and see how you feel then. You don't want to set yourself back when you've come so far!
