Would you have a section or natural birth....

I'm almost 40, have 3 children, 2 natural births one c section.
I have the option of booking in a section, being induced on due date or letting nature take its course.
As I'm older than when I had my other children I have anxiety about things going wrong with the birth or still birth. I'm worried about complications during birth resulting in disabilities etc.
What would you choose or advise me to do??

In general I would always choose a natural birth having waited for spontaneous labour. However every situation is different. What do your care team advise, and why? Are there any specific risks? Which option makes you feel calmer and more positive when you imagine it? I would not advise you to do anything, I'm not you and this isn't my birth and I dont know anything about your situation. I wanted as little intervention as possible each time I had a baby but that was my choice and appropriate for my circumstances, and I dont know what is best for you.
