I'm 15 weeks post partum, had big bladder probs after the birth, have been diagnosed with grade II (out of V) strength pfms, yet have become well slack with the exercises. Sort of wondered if a supportive, or even competitive, environment would help. Maybe I'll ask DP to sponsor me! Anyone else want to play?
