Dull ache, lower back

Hi, I'm 36+1 and I've suddenly got a dull uncomfortable ache in my lower back.. not sure if this is just normal or if it's something to keep an eye on? Any advice please 🥰

I think it's quite normal. As long as it's not progressing.
