I’m 35 weeks and 4 days.

I’m home alone with my DS (2.5) husband is in work in court so can’t answer phone. My usual support system is my dad but he has recently come into contact with someone covid positive (Wednesday last week he was with this person for a short time

How are you? If it is labour it sounds like it'll be a slow build up type labour so I'm sure you'd be fine until your partner comes home, which I suppose he already has by now? I think towards the end when you get tired you can get more aches and pains anyway that may feel like labour but aren't always going to turn into labour so a good rest may be a good idea xx

Thanks @sarahc336 luckily the case ended early and husband came home about an hour or so after I posted. I called triage and they advised me to take pain relief and rest. Me and toddler fell asleep on the sofa for a bit and the pain has subsided.
I’m hoping it was just a sign that I’ve done a bit too much recently. I have my midwife app tomorrow anyway so will be relived to be checked over! Thanks again
