Happy Due date 31st August!

Happy due date to anyone else also due today! I was 2 weeks overdue with DS1 and hoping I wouldn’t reach today. Now I’m trying to put a positive spin on it and be happy that if he arrives tomorrow he will be the oldest in the school year rather than the youngest, I get to enjoy a sunny BH with DH and DS1 out in the fresh air and know this time around that the date isn’t important, the end result is.

Having a summerborn myself I would say this is the best situation possible! Being born on 1 sept is like winning the educational jackpot!! Well done you and good luck for when labour starts. Not long to go now!!

Naw thanks @Onceuponatimethen DS1 is 21st July and 3 now. If only I could go back and tell overdue FTM me to enjoy those last few days.

I was due 31st August with my DS he came Sept 8th. I crossed my fingers and legs as didn't want him going to school days after turning 4

That’s a massive upside of going over your due date!

My due date was sept 3rd - was never going to make it to that though as I had a section booked. We ended up having to move the section to August 20th - she’s only 11 days old but school is already worrying me! My other two are November babies - they seemed young enough when the started.

I was due yesterday, but no sign yet!

I'm due tomorrow!! Spent yesterday barely moving as was convinced I was going to have the baby at 11:30 on the 31st and end up with the youngest possible child in the school year haha.

Ready for the baby to come out now!!
