Is this the start of things?

Just after some opinions/personal experiences really.

I'm 37 weeks pregnant and for the past week I've been having discharge/mucus when I wipe, getting bad cramps low down in my belly, and then the past 2 days I've been going for a soft poo 3 or 4 times a day (up until now it's been once a day and normally constipation). And I'm just wondering does this mean labour is coming? Or is it likely to still be another 3 weeks?

What were people's experiences of their bodies getting ready for labour and how long until labour started for you?

But I had “signs” for about a week before any action!

No idea but I love reading these types of threads at the moment to see if I can get any clues!
Currently 38+5 and been having these sorts of signs for the past 2 weeks, so I'm hoping it's going to ramp up to proper labour and that this is a sort of pre-labour
