Another c-section with abdominal adhesions?

Hi all. So basically my first c-section was an emergency one, healed fine no issues. Second was a planned c-section which was slightly more difficult because of abdominal adhesions, everything was everywhere, matted together, a mess basically. Move to a year later and my next C-section is planned for November? They have said it’ll be more risky, a consultant will do it, and have made me aware of risks etc, death always being on the list with any surgery. Just curious if anyone else has had any similar experiences with abdominal adhesions?

@WankPuffins (love the name 😂) Awh congratulations! I'm sure you're so glad it's over with! So pleased it went well.. you have given me hope. Will keep in mind about the pain killers afterwards.. wish it was time for me to! 9 weeks to go and hopefully no more nerves about the section! Enjoy the newborn bubble ❤️ xx

Had a section last week (2nd) and was told had very bad adhesions and was quite difficult surgery. They put in a drain into my tummy that was removed2 days later and restitched, just saying for you to be prepared a drain may be needed and to keep on top of the pain meds as I find the drain and drain site the worst part of the recovery process and is still painful ! I had also not heard of a drain so wasn’t prepared for this . Hope all goes well x
