Csection overhang/apron after second?

I have my second csection booked soon, ELCS this time after an emergency one first time round. Does anyone know if my lovely csection overhang will look better or worse after a second? Admittedly I need to lose a bit of weight too which will help but there's definitely that shelf to my stomach that I didn't have pre section.

Mine remained the same after the second - no better but no worse, either. It's been three years now, but if I ever reach my target weight I'll be able to let you know if that makes a difference
