Have I left it too late?

I am 34wks and panic is setting in about labour! I've read the positive birth book and completed nct so feel quite well prepared, however I think hypnobirthing May be good for me to remain calm. Have I left it too late to start? Are there any recommendations - I'm looking at the positive birth digital pack but don't want to waste money if it's no good. Any advice welcome 🙏

No it’s not too late. You could have 8 weeks but even if you have 3 it’s worth it. I used the natal hypnotherapy book and download and it was amazing. Less ‘hippy’ than hypnobirthing and more practical, the breathing and relaxation exercises got me through labour with just gas and air.

Not at all. I left it too late when I missed out the pushing stage until I was in labour - by that point was expecting a c section.

I recommend the positive birth company hypnobirthing and their motivational cards. Get your partner to watch the videos with you and make sure that they have a cheat sheet of a list of things they need to do and can try to help you through labour.

It’s not too late 😊 There are some great tracks you get online and listen to every night. It makes a big difference.
