Is it too late to change hospitals

The hospital I’m booked to go to is very large city hospital and doesn’t have many birth pools or baths so I’m unlikely to get to use one. I have looked at another hospital which isn’t really much further away and it has just 5 birth rooms each with a bath and one birth pool. I’m nearly 37 weeks, is it too late to change and how do I do it?

Contact the other hospital and see if they will take you on ( they may not or they may not be using the birthing pools due to Covid) . I had a friend who only sorted out where she was giving birth at 37 weeks do it is possible
