I had a natural 3rd stage with both my first 2, at my last appointment, my dr told me it is worth considering taking the injection as there is a much higher risk of heavy bleeding for 3rd and subsequent pregnancies due to the way the uterus contracts. Does anyone have any experience of this? Thanks!
