Where do I put the TENs electrodes?

Ladies could do with some help on this!

I have a TENs machine I used in labour with ds and it was fab. Came with a booklet explaining exactly how to use it which has got mislaid over the last 19 months.

Ds2 due in a week (actually probably elective section a week today but ds1 was early...) and I can't find the book that tells me where to put the electrodes if I go into labour early and need to use it.

Surely someone must have used on recently and remember? Help!

think bra line and knicker line, about 10 cm away from your spine
if they're on right you'll feel a whoosh sensation
if they're on wrong it will just be prickly
you don't have to be that accurate for them to work ok.

good luck!
