Hi all,

Got my consultant app today for my date of induction and praying she says come in tomorrow or the weekend... or is this unlikely and its normally through the week?

Im in scotland for others who may have had inductions on a weekend.

Thanks x

I think it varies by trust. So at mine it's week days only. Induction increases the risk of further intervention and I think that's why.

Hey how did you get on ? I was booked in on a Friday last time I have an appointment on Tuesday and hoping they tell me Friday.

I'm booked in for 8am this Sunday!

My induction at 38+3 was on a Saturday :)

I was induced at 23:30 on a Friday night, not an emergency but they weren’t letting me home so I had the choice of Friday night or whenever they had a space on the Saturday.

I was induced on a Sunday.
