I’m currently 34 weeks pregnant and the last couple of weeks I’ve been getting Braxton Hicks. Last night, they were really painful and about 10/15 minutes apart each one building up in intensity but the pain was in my back and sides. I took paracetamol and had a bath and all stopped. At my midwife appointment last week the midwife said baby had dropped and was very low. Is this normal? I seem to have forgotten everything from previous pregnancy. I’m so worried about going in to labour naturally (something my consultant is trying to avoid too) I know it’s really early still so I’m probably just being paranoid but are painful Braxton hick normal?
