Piles and vaginal bleeding when I poop

I’m 3 weeks postpartum and I got piles from delivery and now it happend twice when I go to the loo if I have a bowel movement I have a red vaginal bleeding than it stops until I go to the toilet again . Im really confused shiuld I call midwife ?

Hopefully you're sorted now? This is very common post birth. I ended up calling my GP and getting some cream and suppositories which really helped. I also had lactulose solution which helped to soften the stools. So pleasant!!
