Started taking Cilest three weeks after DS birth as advised. As usual I forgot to take a few. (Really need implant putting in) anyway AF arrived on Sunday. 5 weeks after the birth. Now I am used to light to average flow. (Mini - Regular tampons) This is rididculous. Every time I fed DS last night I had to change a SUPER tampon. That is about every 4 hours. This morning I was changing the super ones every 90 minutes. WEnt to Tesco to get Super plus. I'm changing them every 4 hours. Is this normal? Got Super plus EXTRA for night times. How long will this last and should I start the pill again at weekend after 7 days free or wait for bleeding to stop (If it does)

Normal. My first two periods were like that and then they reverted to form.

No comment on Pill usage as completely ignorant about that, sorry.
