The air down below whenever you stand up or bend down or open your legs etc! I told my DP no to getting on top because of this, I am so embarrassed it will go terribly wrong
but I so want to.
I gave birth to my first child 10 weeks ago. Natural birth, no stitches etc. I do pelvic floor exercises (use my kegal eggs when I can!). How bloody long is this going to last for do you think? It’s annoying lol. Plus when we have sex, I feel so tight! So it’s not like I have a gaping hole pahahah
