Hi all,

I’ve felt sick on and off since Sunday, and was feeling VERY emotional Sunday & Monday. Also had a couple of bouts of dull back pain and last night had dull period pain and feeling of needing a poo when I didn’t. All of which has now disappeared since I’ve got up except the sickly feeling! Wishful thinking?

Hi LaceyLou,

I’m 38+3 and have had pretty much identical symptoms as you since Sunday night.

I’m pretty sure it’s early labour which could last for a few days or more 😓

I have had tightening with pain and on Monday afternoon they were happening quite frequently before they stopped.

Since then I’ve been in a cycle on on off ‘contractions’ throughout the day and in the night (they slow down in the night).

This is my second baby so I was expecting to go from 0-100 really quickly but that doesn’t seem to happen.

Fingers crossed we both know for certain soon!

@Katnip0502 oh wow!! I did have some tightening on Sunday but I wasn’t sure if it was just baby moving as he is very long and likes a good stretch... I guess time will tell! Good luck!

Good luck ladies! I’m currently sat with my 7 month old cuddled up asleep in my arms Flowers

I've had that for almost a week now, I'm 40+6 so hoping something starts soon 🤞🏽

@LaceyLou42 Thank you. I’m getting a lot of pressure at the bottom of my tummy which is making things uncomfortable.

Hoping things happen quickly for you 😊
