You'll maybe get a few more replies on the pregnancy board.
Don't worry about lack of symptoms, 6 weeks is early - I didn't get a single symptom till 8 weeks when I suddenly and randomly had to pull the car over to vomit, but plenty of people have successful pregnancies with no symptoms at all.

Hello, I'm only 4 and a half weeks I think, but in a similar boat I had a miscarriage in Feb and a chemical in March. Hoping this one sticks. Here if you want to chat x

It sounds cliche and so incredibly hard to put into practice, but the best thing you can do for yourself and the baby is try to relax and stay positive. Stress and anxiety really take their toll on your body, it's very easy for me to say it as I'm not the one experiencing it - but think positive and focus on the fact that it's amazing and wonderful that you fell pregnant and you will have this baby.
Sending positive vibes and virtual hugs

Oh and by the way I had 0 symptoms until I was in my second trimester of pregnancy - I now have a healthy happy 1 year old who's currently pulling my entire stack off loo rolls down in the bathroom

Hey, I'm currently 6weeks pregnant too and I too have no symptoms, except for a low appetite. I crave for hot, spicy and salty food, but that was my preference even before pregnancy, so I really don't know if it's a symptom. Don't worry, consult your doctor and enquire about it.
