hello all, just been to my gp to share the happy news i am pregnant :-)

he gave me the choice of 3 hospitals: UCH (where i had dd... birth was ok but the postnatal wards have traumatised me for good), Royal Free (i have heard so many horror stories i am not even going to consider) and St Marys. i opted for st marys. anyone has any experience to report, good or bad? i have half a mind to go private (john and lizzie) but know nothing about st. marys

thanks!

St Mary's

Antenatal brilliant
Labour ward on the whole very good
Post natal - escape as soon as you can although some of the midwives were very helpful and I had a great b/f counsellor.
If you're considering private why not try the lindo wing of st mary's?
