I am 39 weeks 3 days pregnant with my first. I had my second sweep today around 2pm but was only 1cm dilated. I have been having the normal cramping since. But for the past few hours have been having minor contractions. But there every 4 1/2- 5 1/2 minutes. And I feel them intensely in my back. I’m wondering how to tell apart if there false labour or real. I’m breathing through them and got out of bed to bounce on my birthing ball which is easing the pain. It’s now 3 am
