Hair loss

I wasn't quite sure where to put this, I gave birth to my ds 3 months ago, and in the last month or so my hair has started falling out. It happened with my first so was expecting it but this is another level, I have bald patches already and I end up with a handful just running my hand over my ponytail, I'm getting quite concerned on the amount that is coming out and it doesn't seem to be slowing down 😨 has anyone else had this become a big problem? What can I do?

I had this after the birth of my now 21 month old, I started taking vitamin d on advice from doctor. It did seem to make a difference & it all came back & I had a very questionable hairstyle for a while 😂

I got this with my ds really bad, inc losing my eyebrows. Dd is 4.5 months old and thought id escaped it, did i heck! Ive been loosing MASSIVE clumps when i wash my hair for at least a month now. Just got to ride it out i guess. My hair grew back after ds but eyebrows took nearly the 6 year age gap between them, so im praying i dont loose them again. Its not nice but it does grow back

I lost a fair bit of hair post partum but 6 months later it stopped and now my hair is thicker than its ever been. It’s grown back and then some. I took biotin when I stopped breastfeeding.

I had this in November when ds was 4 month, it was coming out in chunks, I started taking iron tablets and vitamin d on advice of the nurse practisioner at my GP surgery.
It's heartbreaking, especially when your hair is your crowning glory!!
