I'm 38+6 weeks pregnant. The top of my bump is so uncomfortable and it's making me feel very sick and nauseated. It feels like there is a band around the top of my bump and whenever I move I feel like I'm going to be sick.
No period pain or back ache etc. Could this be the start of labour? Has anybody else's labour started like this? Or is it just some kind of sickness bug?
