I had a few tears after birth, one second degree which is stitched, two firsts and a labial tear. The stitched up tear is fine, no pain bar some pulling but the labial tear (not stitched) has been agony. To be expected to some extent of course due to where it is but it’s day5 now & getting worse. It appears to be bleeding (I hold a pad against it when weeing and there is always a decent patch of blood from it - def not the vagina blood loss) & the blood smells bad. When delightfully compared between the regular blood loss & this!
Do you think it could be infected? I’m self isolating due to a cough .. which is fantastic timing! I don’t much want to go near a hospital nor do they want me near I’m sure 😖
