Hi everyone

So I had my first a few months ago.
I was induced and got to 9cm dilated before having an EMCS.

I'm wondering if we have a second, whether the labour process will be quicker in terms of dilating because my body has done it before? (Pretty much)

Obviously not the pushing as I only did a bit of that but the contractions themselves.

Anyone have any experience/knowledge?

Thank you xx

My first was 36 hours then emcs second was 1 hour 50 mins 3rd was 9.5 hours they do say your labours get quicker but everyone is different and honestly only time will tell once your in labour again

You have laboured to almost fully diluted before so yes, it’s likely you will l our quicker next time
