Activities after c section - help!

Just wondering if any CS mums have a copy of the sheet the NHS gives you in your pre op of what ‘activities’ you’re allowed to do week by week after a section. Mine seems to have disappeared and I’m a bit lost as to what I should and shouldn’t be doing at the moment (2 weeks post CS). If someone could post a photo of theirs it would be much appreciated!

Best thing is to be guided by your body. Stop if something hurts or if it increases your lochia. I wasn't even given the sheet btw, so it's not universal.

By 2 weeks after, some people are still struggling with getting out of bed, others are driving and (carefully) picking up their toddler. Only you can know where you are in recovery and what's right for you, but generally try not to lift things that are heavy unless you have to (realistically less practical unless it's your first).

I've had two (both emergency sections) and wasn't given a leaflet. They said don't hoover until week 6...dh still does the hoovering and the youngest is 21 months. I hate hoovering.

My consultant said it was very individual and in my experience and that of my friends, I'd agree.
